elcome to the Respiratory Disease Group India (RDGI) Patient Insights Network (PIN).. The purpose of this registry is to collect some basic information on individuals with asthma and COPD in India. This information will be used to facilitate and expedite clinical trials and get us all closer to treatments for Respiratory Diseases. Basically, this is a way for you to get your name and contact information to researchers who will be conducting clinical research trials.
 
Recruitment for clinical trials can often take a long time, particularly with rare diseases. Your participation in this registry could help accelerate that process. If desired, your information will be shared with scientists and companies recruiting patients for rare disease clinical trials. This registry is only for individuals diagnosed with asthma or COPD.
The RDGI Patient Insights Network (PIN), is the only Indian registry of asthma and COPD disease patients. This registry is devoloping demographic and clinical information on patients across India, meant to serve the patient, physician and research communities.
 
For the patient community
Participation in the RGDI patient registry ensures that patients are informed about opportunities to participate in clinical research studies and kept up-to-date on the progress of clinical trials.
